• Bed is made from 25 Grade Cast iron of 400 BHN hardened, strictly inspected with Micro level, Hardness Tester and Straight Edge with 4 “V” type bed.
• Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground Spindle made from alloy steel with front DOUBLE BEARING.
• Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
• DOUBLE SCREW NORTON GEAR BOX :- Provided as time Server equipment with Separate Thread & Feed Shaft.Thus,feed & Thread gears could be changed Repidlly and decreases the water and tear in Half nut & Lead Screw
• Hexagonal Shaped Tail Stock with hardened and ground tail stock Spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal girding.
