• Bed is made from 25 Grade Cast lron of 400 BHN hardened, strictly inspected with Microlevel, Hardness Tester and Straight Edge.
• Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground Spindle made from alloy steel.
• Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
• HEAD STOCK is totally enclosed oil bath system & gear made from 20Mn Cr5 Hardened
• Tail Stock with hardened and ground tail stock Spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
